Payments and cancellations

Payment terms are set out in individual proposals. We typically require a deposit before commencing work. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

If you cancel a project after work has commenced, you are liable for payment for the portion of work completed. Deposit payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Limitation of liability
